William (Bill) A. Alexander, age 83, of Sharpsburg, GA, passed away on April 16, 2024. He was born on July 28, 1940 to the late Clayton Emerson and Daisy Almand Alexander, in Atlanta, GA. Bill dedicated his career to the Grocery Business. An avid University of Georgia Bulldogs fan, Bill's enthusiasm for the team was contagious, bringing joy to those around him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Joyce Johnson Alexander of Sharpsburg, GA, and his sons, Jeff and Rhonda Alexander of Tyrone, GA; Tony and Aileen Alexander of Hampton, GA; sisters, Betty and Ray Roesel of Sharpsburg, GA, and Patty and Tim Smith of Fayetteville, GA. His legacy lives on through his beloved grandchildren, Austin and Haliegh Alexander, Mady Alexander, and Ana Alexander.

A funeral service in memory of Bill will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at 2 o'clock at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Rev. William (Marc) Smith officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Bill will be fondly remembered for his dedication to his family and his work.
