Mr. Seth Carlton Hays, III, age 76, of College Park, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Livingston Hays; son, Carlton Hays, IV and his wife, Wanda of Fayetteville; daughter, Tracie Holmes and her husband, Mike of Newnan; sister, Jackie Halston; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 2 o’clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Minister Craig Kingston officiating.
