Carolyn Bernice Jenkins Barrett

Carolyn Jenkins Barrett, 73, of Sun City Peachtree in Griffin, died Sunday, November 17, 2013 at her residence. Carolyn was the widow of John Barrett, and was a member of Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Traci and Ken Ennis of Brooks, Rena and Joe Gardner of Moores Hill, IN, Keri and Tommy McGraw of Boca Raton, FL, Shana and Tim Barge of Ola; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 20th at Brooks Memorial Gardens in Brooks, GA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Over & Above Fund of Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church, 1150 Jefferson Avenue, East Point, GA 30344. The visitation will be Tuesay from 6 pm to 8 pm and Wednesday from 10 until 11 am at Donehoo-Lewis Funeral Home, Hapeville, GA. 404-761-2171.
